I was asked to lead a redesign of this upmarket food and travel title ready for their summer special.
To do this, I focussed on giving the magazine a clean, contemporary look with improved readability, bolder typography, braver use of colour and a more modern approach to prop styling. I introduced a more practical grid-system, brand new typefaces and a host of new design devices – giving features a fresh, differentiated identity.
Working with the team I also art directed the magazines first animated iPad cover.
